Scooter is a special cat who needs extra care & attention
Scooter is a very friendly cat who gets on with humans and other cats but he needs extra care and attention as he had his lower back legs cut off some time ago. This hasn’t stopped his mobility and he manages to get around by shuffling along, hence his name Scooter.
