Phoebe is a loveable small grey cat that wears the collar No 29.
Phoebe came to the sanctuary with her sister Fanny as kittens in July 2012. Phoebe is a sweet natured cat unlike her sister who is very shy.
Update: Update sadly Phoebe was found dead at the sanctuary in January 2019. RIP Sweet Girl you will be missed.
