Twiggy wears collar 203 at the sanctuary & came to the MCPS in Sept 2016 in a very poor condition. Which is why she was named Twiggy she was very skinny with long legs. We think she was born sometime in 2011. Twiggy is a very friendly black & white girl with a very naughty streak, as you can see from her photo! She does like a fuss.
Sad Update: Sadly we lost Twiggy to Rainbow Bridge in August 2019. RIP Sweet Girl.
