Blinky wears collar number 46 & is a tabby cat. He came into the sanctuary in December 2025 after trachoma surgery, which is when the eyelashes grow the wrong way & we think he was born sometime in 2024. Blinky has been neutered is friendly, but isn’t a lap cat who would love a forever home.
