He has been at the sanctuary around 4 years he is a lovable cat & likes to cause mischief evry now & again!!
Update: Sadly we lost Billy to Pancreatis on June the 8th 2016. Billy was 8 years old & a real character at the sanctuary RIP at Rainbow Bridge.
