Horatio wears collar number 8 at the sanctuary he came to the MCPS in Aug 2018 with his siblings Prospero and Ophelia and Viola we think he was born around May 2018. He is a delightful little cat who always loves a fuss and often follows the helpers around. He has been neutered.
Update: Good news, Horatio was homed in November 2018. We wish him & his new family a very happy life together.
